It normal for there to be a little bit of dicharge before the birth. Sometimes it come in spurts for 2-3 days before, sometimes it comes as a big squirt just before heavy labor starts. As long as the mucus isn't really bloody and doesn't have a foul smell, the dog should be fine.

If your pet is going into labor, she will have a discharge, but it shouldn't be bloody.Place her in a big cardboard box lined with newspaper and as her contraction start she will start scratching around and maybe tear up the paper. If she doesn't pass a pup within 45 minutes to 1 hour after she starts bearing down, then call your vet.If a pup does pass, make sure she starts cleaning the head of the pup first,or you must remove bag of water the pup is in then let her finish cleaning it up,because if bag is left on head the pup will drown in seconds.Kep a close eye on her ,as she sounds like she is going into labor.

if this is happenin its ok but get ready cause they are comin . give her space and amke sure there are plenty of places for her to have them and feel safe. When she goes to thwe bathroom outside dont leave her out to long u dont want her havein the pups outside, then they may not survive.

Well it may be. I hope you have taken her to the vet and he has assessed her pregnancy. She may need some help when the pups are born.
