Tia, honey...............no one is going to judge you on whether you decide to kiss him or not.........particularly not him!!

If you are sure that he feels the same way as you then by all means go for it! A long, innocent kiss is perfect for determining how someone else feels about you.

People jump into bed together on a first "date" all the time so trust me when I say that a kiss is definitely not pushing the boundaries.

Good luck with everything.

If you think he would appreciate a friendly kiss then I say go for it. However, this does not imply that you are ready for any sexual encounters right away. He may be someone totally different away from work and you may not like the other persona. Be careful also as seeing someone at workplace can be difficult if things don't work out.

if you want to kiss him, then kiss him. That will definitely help him out if he is shy. It will take a lot of pressure off of him to make the first move. Just go for it.

It is fine to kiss.
I would not expect that to be the green light for sex.

I see your problem. If you wait on him to make a move, you might be waiting on forever. So I say, go for it!
