i am going to be needed braces again as a adult and want to get orthognathic surgery with it. what insurance should i get to have the best chances of them paying for it? i am in southern california and i heard Kaiser is good?

also how would i go about getting the insurance if all i want it for is the braces and surgery? do i tell them this when i apply or wait and then ask them for it?

Delta Dental is good, if available in CA. Just buy the insurance; you need not mention anything and besides it doesn't matter.
