Depends on the person. I lost weight on Weight Watchers and also worked for them too. They do not cut out any kind of foods at all even though some may say that they do. They teach you the right way to eat and help you make good choices. Also, no one there tells you that you cant have a candy bar, just not to sit and eat the whole thing. You are allowed to have any kinds of food that you want as long as you figure it in to your diet. I am willing to answer any ?'s you may have so you can email me at any time. Weight Watchers is designed to let anyone have any kinds of foods from potato chips to french fries and yes even chocolate. So, good luck!

Diet? It is a frame of mind. If you think about food all the time, you will eat all the time. Make up your mind that you will lose weight, and you will. The secret is to convince your mind that you are not hungry. Do whatever it takes to accomplish this. Everyone's body and depth of addiction (yes, excessive eating is an addiction) is different, so maybe drinking lots of water will work for you, maybe eating 8 small meals a day works, or maybe counting calories will help. Whatever works for you, then do it, and stick with it at least a week. If you make it a week eating to live, not living to eat, then you will be able to stick with it forever. It would be great to have a good friend to walk down that scary road together. Experiment, and don't give in to the idea that you are destined to be fat, and never fall prey to those folks trying to get rich off of your addiction. We all know what it takes to loose weight: less calories in than out. Exercise burns calories. There's about 3500 calories in a pound of fat, so it isn't going to immediately go away. Plan on a long journey. You can do it, you just have to have the will power and motivation to do it. Good luck. I hope you get to where you want to be in life.

Personally There is no best diet. It all depends on the person. One of the main aspects would be how high is your metabolisim If your matabolisim is high I would recomend the 500g diet. in this diet you would eat three meals a day but only 500grams worth of food each time.
Things not to do
1 no food with oils or any thing fatty
2 do not eat between meals
3 never eat more than 500g

you will see a result in 5 days
If you do give me the best answer points.

Forget weight-reduction plan I devour like a horse and I best weigh 9 stone. This is what works for me: Eat often, if feasible each and every 3 hours, while your frame realises that it is getting a constant give of meals it raises it is metabolism, burning energy faster and is way much less prone to retailer energy as fats. When consuming attempt to devour plenty of prime protein meals and do not move too tough at the carbs. Try move convenient on trans and saturated fat despite the fact that you're allowed the extraordinary deal with. Drink tons of water! At least one gallon according to day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are O.K however they don' depend closer to your total water consumption. As for activity I perform a little mild weight coaching 4 days per week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing laptop) 2 days per week with one days leisure. There is a natural perception that doing cardiovascular activity on an empty belly is helping burn energy. This is absolute garbage don't do it. Weight coaching is a well notion as muscular tissues burns plenty of power, even even as you sleep. You do not need to grow to be Mr/Mrs universe however any fats tissue which you'll be able to convert to muscular tissues won't best make you appear larger however develop your metabolism. Getting lots of sleep may be major while seeking to construct muscle. Good Luck

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

calorie counting is the best since it emphasises weight loss the RIGHT way, following the actual calories in=calories out rule, the way things really are.
But it's dangerous. It can whack your judgement of portion sizing and also make you a little obsessed.
Still, all the others are erroneous about the fat being the culprit, or the carbs being the culprit and whatnot.

All these diets have their downfalls. Every day a new study comes out saying conflicting things about dieting. Your best bet is to see a doctor who can give a personalized diet plan for YOU.

none. all these diets cut something out whether it be carbs or something else. the truth is you need everything in your diet even fatty foods, sugar ect but in moderation.make sure you exercise to, even if that be a 20min brisk walk a day.
