Actually, it would be also nice to know what OS you have and whether you do have the time on your panel. There is a way to do it from Dos emulator: Start>>Run>>cmd
Then type "time" and you'll see the current setting and a prompt to set the new time. Works on Windows and is just FYI.

Double click on the time. It'll open a small window. Then change it.

where the time is on ur computer right click it and left click on adjust date/time also wa t Halo said is right
