I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I usually do the eliptical 1st for about 30 min, then I lift weights. I'll do Chest one day, arms one day, and shoulders and back one day.

Well, I don't have the time or money to join a gym. so , I started this routine in march of this year. I do step aerobics 4 times a wk, and weight train 3 days a wk. so far lost 35 Pd's and about 27 inches. also low calorie, fat diet drink around 60 oz. of water!!

I'm a mother of two small children and full-time student, wife(clean, cook, etc.)

I use a combination of Jane Fonda step and stretch, Jane Fonda step and abs

started with 2 Pd's weight, know use 5.
used the Jane Fonda complete workout arm routine (not the whole video) it was made in the 80's
the video's were made in the early 90's
I know Jane is an older workout routine, but it still worked for me!

I purchased them on eBay, cheap!
