i think it has a lot to do with when they were growing up, they are taught not to cry and keep emotions hidden. most of thier fathers are that way, so they just immitate how thier fathers were. as far as your question goes, just ask him "hey, do you likee me or don't you?" don't spend that much time fretting on it. however, you have to come right out and ask him about it or you won't get a straight answer. i'd also talk to him about what he's telling your freinds and tell him if he has something to say about you to say it to your face.

Girls often think that they're the only ones with conflicting emotions/head problems/hormonal chaos but it affects us guys too! Just sit down and have a quiet word with him so there's no confusion between you. Good luck!

Ok care bear, this is simple so pay attention. He said I like you. Then that means he likes you. Stop reading too much into it.

Tell him to mind his own business. It's YOUR life, not his.
BTW...Sorry to hear about your dad. It's not YOUR fault. It's all on him and his choices.

If he isn't grown enough to tell you hiself...you do not need to waste your time. Sorry about your dad!

We don't think with their emotions. It's more logical thinking.
