My boyfriend and I have been together for a little over 1 month now. Usually I wait for the guy to say it first, but the problem is that I travel a whole lot during the week and I almost got into an accident last week. That made me realize that if something does happen to me, he wouldnt know how i really felt about him. So should I tell him that I love him, or should I wait? I dont think that he loves me just yet...eventhough he tells me that I make him extremely happy and he cares about me alot. I really dont wanna make things weird. What should I do?

Tell him the truth. this is the best thing you can do. If you wait what will he feel if something happens to you. What if he feels the same as you do? The longer you wait the more he may wonder if he is pressious to you. If you truly love him then why wait. Even if it is weird it should not matter about that. Speak your mind. That is the best thing to do.

I would think a month is just too soon to say I love you. Tell him how much you care about him and that he makes you happy also. Give it more time or you will scare him away.

Well, honey.....you don't know what your talking about. 1 month is way way too early to say that you love him!! If you tell him now, then you might as well just say goodbye, if he loves you then he'll tell you. Just because you might not make it to see another day is NOT a reason to tell someone you love them. I might not make it through the rest of the day, but I sure as hell am not going to tell one of the employees that I work with that I love him!! Hahahah.....man!!

Girl, I would wait at least one more month. But if you think you truly love him then sit him down and tell him. But tell him that you have something you would like to say and that you don't want to scare him but you just wanted to tell him how you truly felt about him. Hope this helps!!

"Love" is a pretty strong word! You could terrify the poor bloke. Try slipping it into the situation subtly, say when you're hugging or something...he'll acknowledge it without actually being confronted with it. And who knows, in another month's time, he could be saying the same back to you. Good luck!

If you're sure that you really love him, by all means feel free to tell him. I told my girlfriend that I love her last weekend after three weeks, and she told me that she feels the same way. We don't get anywhere in life without taking a few risks.

Don't make it weird. That freaks guys out wait until he says it. If you say it first and he is unsure he will stand there with a blank face and you will get mad because he didn't say it back. Then he will run away.

Whoa horsey Whoa when you said you have only known him a month that told me all I need to know you can never say you love someone until you really know them sometimes you don't even know if you love yourself and if you don't love yourself how can you love someone else?
