In the U.S. egg nog is a seasonal food/drink. It is only sold usually during Thanksgiving and Christmas time. I was just wondering if it's something they drink in Italy also.

Thanks!

pandoro is best i think, pandoro is from milan and is filled with raisins and candied fruit...
new kinds of pandoro are filled with different creams: cream, chocolate, limoncello cream...
my mum at xmas do a tiramisu using pandoro... it is the best!!!

No they don't drink eggnog. They have two special holiday cakes around the Christmas (Buon Natale) season. Pan d'Oro and another one.. oh what is it called? It has fruit, like a fruit cake. Trust me, the Pan d'oro is best.
