if the firm is still going get in contact with them ...see if they have an address for them....even if they are not still living in that address ..ask the neighbours ...some one might still be in touch with them

This is a long shot. If you mean in the USA - not a Kangaroo herder or a Kiwi farmer - and if the firm is still in business, and if they still have their personnel records, the Social Security Administration will forward a letter to the person. He/she may not answer it.

to go about it is to Google "Genealogy" and find the site that
is most suited to solve your problem.
