You have found yourself in the friend zone. You need to tell her how you feel because you will not be able to sit back and watch her date another guy. Stop being her friend and try to date her. Ask her out, kiss her, be really romantic and get yourself out of the friend zone You will either get together with her or stop being her friend. You never know, she may like you more but if not then you can't be her friend, it will be to painful. Just move on and meet someone else. If it is meant to be then it will happen, you need to move on with your life and not wait around for someone that is not interested in you.

If your feelings run deep, TELL HER HOW YOU FEEL.
If your friendship is true, TELL HIM HOW YOU FEEL.
You say you "love" her and yet, I get the sense that you have not even dated her. How could you call what you feel - "love?"
Slow down there a moment, friend, and consider the FACTS:
1) She has confided in you about her feelings about your friend.
2) She has not closed the door of opportunity for you to date her.
3) Your friend has not committed to her as of yet, and
4) You are standing by; waiting and possibly hoping that their interest will wane so YOU can move in.
While I respect your desire to not interfere in an existing relationship, there is no indication of an existing relationship between this lady and your friend.
So - go for it. Ask her out.
Be honest.
Open.
And focus on the objective - not on the objects. (smile)
Thanks for writing. I wish you much success and happiness.

This situation is only gonna end bad. Please quote me on that.
Don't get into relationships where the footing isn't equal from the start. You are obviously more interested in her than she is with you. You're already off to a bad start. Think about what she's feeling right now. It would take a lot of luck or shady behavior to coerce her into suddenly liking you.
Basically, if the opportunity presents itself, go for it. More power to ya.
If not, don't force it. There's a fine line between endearing and pathetic.

Are you sure that the girl likes your friend? or maybe she is just saying that coz you're the one that she really likes? Do something about , like ask her out before its too late, at least let her know how you feel, then its up to her.
If she responds positively then good for you, if not at least you tried then move on.

Welcome to the club. You've joined the fraternity of men. There's little you can do except be nice to her, remain close, don't push your feelings onto her, and wait and see what happens.
