Is anti-histamine medicine sold over the counter or do I have to get it from the Doctors?

I have also had this happen to me. My doctor indicated that the irritating itch is due to your body releasing histamine. Thus, the itch. He suggested if it was a persistent problem that taking an anti-histamine would help.

It could be anything dry skin, or anything else. It's best to talk to your dermatologist about it, or if you have never been to a dermatologist before, talk to your doctor and your doctor can refer you to one.

its a lack of water in ur body. i suggest u drink more water. i have the same problem
