che = which
al giorno d'oggi = now

2/ if its sitation as a job it would be :
des emplois plus ou pas disponibles

Italian: le situazioni che non succedanno oppure esistanno ai nostri giorni.

(Both are in the present subjunctive though you can only tell with Italian.)
