up into our driveway my Dad said "That car is enormous! Can he handle it?" Do any of you have one too big to handle or is it just a matter of experience.

Well backing it in can be tricky and usually only the more expert try it....I would try making sure that he takes it very slowly and edges it into the garage watching the the width. Also remember that the end of the garage is nearer than you think so gently forward each time..backing off if not sure......I bet all the non drivers out there are having a blue fit trying to imagine how much fun this is and how satisfying a good piece of parking can be...especially for us women...congratulations on learning so quickly.....and with a big one too..you are a very lucky driver!

You might have to make a few adjustments to navigate a vessel of that size compared to what you're used to, but with a little practice you can slide it into a tight space with no trouble at all. As with any fast moving and dangerous device, you need to make sure you keep a good grip to maintain control, and of course make sure everything stays well lubricated for smoothness. Keep it covered to avoid damage.

That's probably one of the most common lies that women tell men, that size doesn't matter. Bah. It's not how you handle the car, it's the size that matters!

Experience. Once you can handle a really big car you can drive anything.

Yes, a very big one. I like Hummers.
Unfortunately, the other night, I ran it into some girl from behind really hard and now she is having a hard time walking, she is talking about suing me for damages

Most big cars are not so good when you are just puttering around town, the real question is... How does it perform on a long haul????

Mine may be small ,and it may take a while to get it to perform at the speed I need. But once I get there, I can keep going for miles, lol.
