I reccommend weight watchers. They have a great program that is easy to follow and they have resources to teach you how to be on a diet and eat at restaurants. When you buy meat, dairy and veggies try to buy organic it will help a lot and skim organic milk is sooo much better. Avoid eating burgers when out. Drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day. Eat whole grains and brown rice. Try using fat free sour cream and avoid cheese. Eat more raw veggies. I make hidden valley veggie dip with fat free sour cream for dipping veggies at parties and stuff. Also avoid alcohol and if you must only a couple of times a week. Beck's has the lowest calorie light beer and a low calorie light that is less expensive is Rolling Rock Green Light. Get exercise. I love to turn on stereo and just dance you don't have to spend money to exercise and dancing in living room doesn't require you to buy anything. Plus I like it and it should be fun. If you buy hamberger by 95% lean at least. Buy lean beef and pork and skinless chicken. Eat fish that is broiled poached baked or grilled.
Still with weight watchers you have the power of the group and it will teach you things you can use the rest of your life.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Diet:
For breakfast have weetbix with skim milk and maybe just a peice of fruit like a banana if your in a rush.
Lunch should be like a wrap with whatever healthy foods you like such as lettuce, tamato, chicken, celery, cumber ect.
Dinner should be small. If your family makes your dinner just ask for half of what they give you.
Exercise
Join a gym. Go 4 times a week. If you cant afford the gym then do sit ups or jog.

diet and exercise. Take in less calories than your burning with exercies. The medical field stresses to not loose more than about 2 lbs a wk ( you can but not considered healthy). Remember that diets are exactly that diets. Just eat a healthy diet and you should be good to go...
