I'm a Mom- so my eating habits changed.
My husband is a shift worker and we don't get to eat together much.
B- Peanutbutter on toast w/ cinnamon sugar, bacon and juice
L- Sandwich (ham or turkey or PBJ) with some veggie chips or tortilla chips, water and mini cookies or apples
D- Kiddo- hotdogs or such Grown ups- Beef tips or something like that. A fast night is Spagetti with pesto.
I Cook on one day(sunday afternoon most times) a week, for the entire week and put it in the freezer or refrig. I have the frig, labeled for the meals and miscellanous. SO it really makes a better week. I make a wonderful "homemade" spicy pasta that my husband loves, like a hambuger helper, ready to microwave.
By cooking at home, and taking our lunches our budget has radically changed. We save hundreds of dollars a month now.
I'm off for lunch- bye bye

Hi there!
Breakfast- I live down south and to us this is the most important meal of the day..and the biggest. During the summer and on the weekends especially it is something like this:
Grits, bacon and or sausage, eggs, fried apples, hash browns, biscuits, oat meal, gravy.......and then sometimes waffles or pancakes or something else is thrown in. I don't eat a ton of all that stuff though....I usually just eat biscuits and gravy and some sausage or something like that. But the rest of my family sure does eat it! And for drinks its coffee...black coffee. Nobody seems to like creamer for some reason.
Dinner: ahhh, lets see. This depends on if the whole family is home or not, so we usually just eat dinner together on the weekends. During the week I eat whatever the school is serving, which ain't too good, so I usually just buy a sandwich.
But Sunday dinner we have everything! We all go to my granny's house and she is the best cook....she even made a cook book a few years back, but it is just a local one.
Supper: We have chicken a whole lot, and it is usually fried. We also almost always have potatoes...and they are usually fried to. I'll tell you what my mamaw and mom made last night: fried chicken, greens, fried potatoes, corn bread, soup beans, green beans....and the green beans are what we canned from the garden this past summer. And for desert banana cream pie and chocolate pie......and supper is usually eaten around 5 o'clock.
lol, this sounds like we are overweight if you judge by what we eat. Don't worry, everybody is tall and thin....and plus, they work it off anyhow.
Have a nice day!

Breakfast: Either cereal or toast w/peanut butter.
Lunch: Usually a sandwich with chips and a fruit
Dinner: this varies like crazy since I love cooking. Anywhere from curry chicken and rice, to stuffed pasta shells with homemade marinara to baked chicken and roasted garlic mashed potatoes, salad. The basic rule is a protein, starch and vegetable are always available.

I usually eat:
Breakfast: cereal, applesauce and bacon.
Lunch: anything I can find in the fridge....mostly leftovers from last night's dinner or a sandwich.
Dinner: Baked chicken or ribeye steak, salad, baked sweet potato or corn.
In between snacks: chips, pretzels, Nestles chocolate chip cookies, and pure juice.

that's a blend of issues--commonly it is too little exercising (as a results of too a lot convenience of "non-actual" events and pastimes, lack of perfect social places TO get exercising like parks and sidewalks, etc.) and having nutrients thanks to reachable. Plus we are continually uncovered to it---billboards, television/Radio, eating position commercials, in line at verify-out counters, merchandising machines, on line. once you're continually uncovered to it, you may be continually wondering about it. And the further you imagine about some thing, the further you'll have a tendency to have interplay in in spite of that's you're wondering about--nutrients, events, television, etc.. i fairly hate that area of u . s . a . of america. we are so severe; it is both those "well being-nuts" who're passionate about monitoring each and everything or those those who do not understand or do not care and are passionate about ingesting each and everything. Then there are human beings like me, who grew up round both sorts of human beings, and now I even do not understand myself fairly a thanks to address such issues as nutrients and subsequently conflict lots. i understand what's healthful and powerful, and most of the time i will stick with it, yet now and again seeing commercials for an impressive chocolate cake or some different person ingesting it, I commence to imagine, "i have been fairly healthful lately. and that i have been putting lots of time into college. Plus I only aced that vast exam... possibly I deserve it." and then that piece of chocolate cake will develop into 2 products, and develop I (someone who eats fruit & oatmeal for breakfast and salads for dinner, and runs 6 miles various cases per week plus power trains) only develop into between the lazy human beings. that's a curler coaster. and that i'd fairly want to get off.
