try a health food store, such as Whole foods, and or Sun Harvest
Some are in the baking sections, others in frozen breads, and in others in bread isles,

Most health food stores have it in their specialty flour or baking section.
In a regular grocery store it would either be in the baking aisle or the health food area.
It should be pretty easy to get because it's a common baking ingredient, even though it's not something most people have in their pantry.

If you live in Loma Linda, CA(near San Bernardino), just go to the Loma Linda Market on Prospect Street(at Anderson Avenue)...
You should have no trouble finding this vital product...
