That is intranslatable. Neither the words, nor the tone of voice can be reproduced in english. It would be like asking a deaf person about music

In response to the previous answer....yes, buenisima DOES mean very good, but in this context it means "hot", "nice looking", "sexy"....so the first 2 answers are correct.

"buenísima" just means "very good", so I'd use any of these depending on context:

You are very good
You are fantastic
You are marvelous
You are wonderful
