Well the Social Security Death Index has quite a few Francis Sacco deaths listed. More information like approximate year and place of birth, and date of death would help narrow it down.

The newspaper in Sacramento County is the Los Angeles Times.
Unless Francis Sacco was famous, there will probably only be a paid death notice. A quick search going back to 2001 does not show him, though a Lena Baldi Sacco in 2004 does show up.

You might also contact the Orangevale City Hall, dept of Vital Statistics, or the Historical society for more information.

Best of luck on your search.

Here is one of many:
Social Security Death Index
Name: Francis A. Sacco
SSN: 044-01-6210
Born: 12 Aug 1914
Died: 6 Sep 1990
State (Year) SSN issued: Connecticut (Before 1951 )
