It is not an obvious flaw. Christians believe that the Bible is the word of God, and the Bible says that Jesus is in the only way to God in John 14:6. Christains aren't claiming to know the mind and will of God; they are restating what they believe God has already spoken to them.
What would be a contradiction is of a Christian accepted other woldviews as equally valid and not maintain an exclusive position on God. If a Christian allowed Islam to be a valid way to God, then he or she would essentially be playing God because he or she would be advocating something that the Christian God does not-- a way to God other than Jesus.

Sure - if I were to speak for God. I try to use His words when answering a question. However, there are some who specifically ask not to have the Bible quoted - therefore, I speak as myself, and as one whom God has delivered.
I am not the one who said that if you don't accept salvation through Jesus Christ that you would be always separated from God - God did, in the Bible. If you ask me point blank what will happen after death and I tell you what the Bible says, I am not 'playing God' - I am answering truthfully and honestly what I believe as the true word of God.
I don't judge you - or anyone else - that is not my place. Part of being a Christian, however, is telling people about the sacrifice of my Lord and Savior - it's up to you to do with it what you will.

You know. I'm a catholic and the reason why is...(not only because of my parents) but because It's easier to relate to something unexplicable as divine intervention when you are able to put on a face or a name to it. So it doesn't matter if you call him Buda or Ala or whatever, as long as you live life in a decently, helping as much people as you can along the way.
Do you how I imagine it would be after I die. I imagine God coming up to me and staring as I ask this...
"Was I right? Was Catholic the right religion?" And I imagine him (or she, why couldn't God be a woman?) saying...It doesn't matter.I gave you the gift of life and I gave you free thinking. Now I will evaluate what you did with it.If you did right you'll go to heaven (which in my opinion would be access to endless love and wisdom) and if you did wrong you're going to hell which is back to earth 'til you get it right.

The real problem is that religion is a highly emotional topic and very few people have been brought up in a way that encourages them to question their own religion or consider another person's religious perspective without condemning it. I consider myself highly religious, and I do think my religion is the true religion, but you are correct that no one person can or should force/berate another person to a specific course of action, especially simply by saying "because I/God said so". An additional problem is that very few people apply logic to their religion. However, in their defense, this is a public forum and you are bound to get a lot of opinions. And maybe some people do hear God better than the person asking, and genuinely want to help. I know what God says to me, but you are correct in saying that I have no idea what he says to you.

I think you are right that there are some religions that God is not completely aligned with. However, God has spoken to man from the beginning, teaching and condemning when necessary, typically through prophets. I don't find it out of the ordinary (assuming you believe He did it in the past) that God would continue to speak through appointed individuals. I guess it comes down to being comfortable in your own faith, then condemnation from others isn't that bothersome.

If a person has truly been restored in relationship with God, Person can pray to God 24/7. Because anyone born of God has been renewed in ones spirit by the Holy Spirit of Truth anointing.
It is a biblical promise. So Christians either lean on their own understanding or seek God and Gods understanding in anything. So, a Christian will answer of their own understanding or understanding from God.
That is why Christians aren't always correct.
I don't think any Christian has said that you need to believe as Christian does or you will go to hell. I never have told others that. I let others know of the foundational beliefs required to be born of God and become a member of the family of God. Once a member of the family of God inherrit ever lasting life and a better life today.
It is true that if someone hears the True Message of Reconciliation to God through faith in Jesus Christ the Lord (from anointed Christians or God directed persons / angels or dreams or visions) And reject Gods message of Salvation (eternal life) by Grace (gift of God and not of works), that person will go to hell unless person repents of not believing in Jesus Christ the Lord. The sin the Holy Spirit convicts the world of is not believing in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and the Way Truth & Life to Father God.
God, has gotten angry when people have heard from Him or Miraculously saw His diliverence and people rejected Him. That is when people get in trouble from God. God is the one who lets people go to hell. No person can condemn someone to hell.
There are self proclaimed Christians who really aren't born of God yet. They are sinners needing a Savior. And there are true Born of God Christians, who are truly washed in the blood of the Lamb, and sins are washed away. They are forever redeemed by the blood of the Lamb & no one or oneself can change that. They are the righteousness of Christ, because the love of God came into their heart. If they sin, they confess sin, and Jesus blood cleanses them from all sin.
Seras right. What is the true & perfect religion before the Son of God. To help the widows & orphans, etc. and to keep self from sinful living.

God doesn't condemn anyone, mankind condemns himself with his word, thoughts, and actions. Jesus said in John 3:17-20 "for God sent not his son into the world to CONDEMN the world, but that the world through him, might be saved. He that believes on him is not condemned, but he that believes not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light has come into the world and men loved darkness rather than light becuase their deeds were evil. For everyone that does evil, hates the light, neither cometh to the light, lest their deeds should be reproved." .... Please note, I did not say this, God did. That's why we have the Bible to make it completely clear what God desires and expects to save one from condemnation. Peace.

Seriously, I believe lots of people align themselves with God because they have no personal power. And use God as leverage to compensate for their beliefs.
Usually I ignore people who have rules about belief because of the obvious close-mindedness of this behavior.
As for what I think God may or may not appreciate, you can only tell by the outcome. And even that is biased because of personal perception.
I know this. God made everyone, so there must be a place for them, including people seen as ignorant.

Good try but no. We know a lot of what God would say or think because He has told us. Its in the Bible. Those things that are a mystery that He has not spoken about we leave with God and the person He is dealing with. We don't tell anyone they have to believe anything unless they ask and then we tell what the Bible says.

Most Christians don't condemn other religions. Like you said most do say "Thats between you and God". We ocasionally do some hellfire preaching but we show them the laws that they've broken first.
