I am currently running Mandriva One, and I noticed that it does not come with any games. I have a pretty good video card (good enough to play Halo), and I was wondering if there was something good out there.

I don't even know how to download to Linux...

Yeah Freeciv is really cool... They don't make alot of good 3D games for Linux/Unix.... I would look for an emulator/Roms and Like a SNES/NES/Playstation/Playstation 2/Xbox/etc.... You can also check out Cedega

Everyone has trouble when they first start using Linux... I would check out tutorials on it.

FreeCiv is cool. The graphics are on par with the original Civilization game, but it's still fun. I used to play it on the train on my way into work.
