im writing because my boyfriend(babyfather)is having a serious problem with his so called babymother.im getting tired of it because hes a good father to all of his kids and all she keeps doing is taking him back to court all the time and getting money and also keeping that little girl away from him thats not right.he also have three other kids and one on the way.shes taking from his other kids.please help him he has no money to pay for the paternity test and he wants to find out.please help.

Don't go on tv thats silly... Unless ur really need the national attention... The court will give him a paternity test to find out if there is any question before he has to pay more money. If he is the father then that baby and her mother deserve for him to pay her to support the child he fathered... You would want him to do the same for you and your children. Go to court do what you have to do... TV isn't the answer... It sickens me that people want to parade their problems in front everyone

Do you really want your dirty laundry aired on national TV? He has to talk to a lawyer about how to go about getting a court ordered DNA test. This should have been done a long time ago because by paying support and such he has pretty much admitted he is the childs father.
Are there court ordered visitation schedules? If so, he can bring her to court for not obeying them if in fact the child is his. Either way, he has to talk to the family court clerk or a lawyer.

Next time she wants money, tell her that you're not paying until there's proof of paternity. Go to court, and they can order one. If he's not the father, then she has to pay for the test.. if he is the father the he has to pay for it, so make sure that he's SURE he's not the father. Why the hell would you want to go on Maury and broadcast your life to the world?

If she is demanding money from him, the courts can make HER pay for the paternity test. Many clinics can lead you to low or no cost tests. I would also get a lawyer to have him demand parental visits until this can be settled. You cannot legally demand money without the visits, unless he does not want to visit. There are many free legal clinics - check your yellow pages in your area.

Have you noticed that Maury doesn't actually help anyone on his show? He just brings these pitiful people on, gets them to tell their even more pitiful stories, then sends them on their way. Don't waste your time with Maury. Get some birth control, have some self-respect, and stop sleeping with irresponsible men.

He's been lying to you. The court will order a DNA test before they order him to pay money.

he should have thought about the financial burden before he started having kids with everybody. He should pay her child support and I am sure it still not a fair amount for the mother and his child

You don't think the kid is his, but you're mad that the mom won't let him see the kid...strange. Go to Maury's website.
Oh and it's not HER fault that this guy keeps having kids, USE PROTECTION for goodness sake!!!!!!!!!!!!

what you need to do is watch the show and then call and tell them your name where you live and you situationa dn then leave your number in case they are interseted or you can write to the address they give you.
