Depends on your height, weight, and daily exercise but here is a sight that will give you an estimate on your calorie needs to maintain weight considering on your height...age...weight...and exercise level....but i hear its dangerous for ANY time to consume less than 1400 calories in a day....well i hope that helps!!!but remember this calculator is only available for estimation....

please be careful and not get hung up in all the calories you consume because that is how an eating disorder develops occasionally and that is certainly not the way to go !

No less than 1200 and no more than 2200 (depends if you are trying to loose or gain weight) 1600-1800 to maintian your current weight depending on your size and remember you are still growing and need the proper calories to develop. Visit www.my-calorie-counter.com to see how many you need and are currently consuming.

Depends on lots of things:
How tall are you?
Do you want to gain, lose, or maintain weight?
Are you active or do you sit around alot?
