i have no entergy what so ever all i want to do is do everything fast and then lay down.my job consists of sittting down all day at work and i think that has a big part to dowith it i need something to give me entergy.

getting up every morning and going on my walk, before anyone else wakes up, actually kick starts your metabolism, and keeps it going all day, which makes you lose weight better. Try it, It does work, and it is addicting.

P.S. I do drink 2 cups of coffee, before I do anything at all each morning. THat might help you too.

Eat breakfast like a king...lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.

Excercise.

That or get a job like.......mail carrier ....walk all day.

dont eat just laydown and youll lose weight its hard some people cant do it but if you really want it off then you will.
