I just tried quaker cinnamon and apple flavours and they tasted actually pretty good. The cinnamon was better than the actual cinnamon cake and quaker cinnamon was tasted with extra sugar and sweety more than the cake. The same thing with the apple flavour its better than McDonald's pie. How come quaker has less fat, carb, and calories, but have rich taste in sugar? I mean even if I'm not in diet I would still eat quaker and woun't eat the cakes and chocolate

There are many tricks that companies have to make food taste better. Some throw in MSG (which unfortunately acts as a nero-toxin), some will add extra salt, which in the proper mix brings the flavor "forward" a bit more. As to the question of exactly what Quaker does - that is a trade secret which they won't tell us.
