I'm on a roll (and bored)
1. demand, and the fact it wouldn't be a good idea to smoke there. the same reason why condoms are sold on planes
2. because a lot of cars go through there and they call it that cos of convenience
3.it's safer to crash land inside a plane possibly in the water rather than people to open the doors randomly and jump untrained
4.Because the parts are mass produced for all types of ATM or you have a right hand drive car with a blind passenger
5.look for the spot where it says open here or just don't open it there!
6.ooh, that's a tough one......because the people that named em wanted some one to ask that question?
7. cos it would be un economical, it would cost billions for the manufacturers
