I am Canadian and my boyfriend is American. He is applying for a fiancee visa for myself and my 2 sons. There are several U.S. Embassy's in Canada and I am unsure which one the interview will be at. I need the information to enter on the I-129F application.

There are only 2 Consulates in Canada that process K-1 Visa's, and they are Montreal and Vancouver. Manitoba is the cut off line for the Vancouver Consulate and anyone in Ontario going eastward would go to Montreal.

you'll ought to document the petition contained in the U. S., yet he does not be interviewed in Vancouver, he'd ought to flow to Montreal, which does all the immigrant visas in Canada. it also takes six months to a three hundred and sixty 5 days to honestly procedure the petition contained in the U. S.. once you reside in Canada, it would want to be a lot swifter to marry there and document a petition right away on the consulate as his significant different. once you're purely vacationing, you isn't waiting to attempt this although.
