I have two also. A black lab named Sox and a golden retriever named Sadie. I've had Sadie since I was 10 and she's my heart. I'm in college now and they still live with my mom. Everyone in my dorm has pics of their little frou frou dogs who ride in carriers and stuff. But I know the joy of a large dog. There's just more to love!

I do! A Chesapeake Bay Retriever. His name is CLETUS! He's a 'western style'. That makes him much bigger then most Chessies. He is 33" tall and weighs 125 pounds. Yellow eyes. He changes his coat four times each year. The color goes from very red and golden (sawgrass) in the summer - to protect him from the sun - to a dark brown (mocha) in the winter to allow him to soak up more sunrays! He's 11.5 years old. His nicknames are: Homie, Sir Limp-a-Lot, Mr. Limpit, TailWagger...

PJ, Daisy (I have one too- I hope yours is better behaved),Sam, and Muldoon are all cocker spaniels. I love them all, but Muldoon is the apple of my eye; the love of my life. Then there is our newest addition, Lucy Lu- a shih tzu we rescued from a puppy mill. She;s thrilled to be with us and we do love her, even though she's not a cocker spaniel.

I couldn't make it through a day without their hugs and kisses. Nothing is better after a day of dialysis than hugs and kisses from my babies.

Give Daisy a kiss from all of us.

I have a Bassett/Black Lab mix. Her name is Pepper and she looks like a very short Black Lab. I got her from a shelter where she was found roaming the streets with four other dogs. She is sweet and cute and has never given me any trouble. She can snore pretty loud though. :) She is very smart. When we visit my parents, she tricks their dogs into thinking someone is at the door by barking. When they go running to the door to check it out, she steals their bones!

My dog is a border collie/lab/spaniel type mongrel mix named Sammy. She's a very smart girl and was easy to train. She hasn't learned how to use a computer yet and so presently does not have an e-mail address.
