anyone know of a pill that i can take but the pill has to be small b/c im not so good with taking large pills. that i can still eat the things i want but lose weight fast and give me energy!

Don't do weight loss pills. They are a scam and they are unhealthy for you. I know from experience. Honestly, there is no QUICK FIX. That is the honest truth. Some places will try to lead you into a false sense of hope with their products by saying it will work quickly. NOT true. The quickest way, which may not be as "quick" as you are hoping for, but still the best way, is exercise first, then that will help you eat better. People shouldn't diet. Diet is a temporary solution, people should eat healthy for life. And believe me, there ARE healthy foods that do taste AMAZING, AND aren't too expensive. My main advice food-wise would be to stay away from ANYTHING with Partially Hydrogenated anything in it. Partially Hydrogenated oils are even BANNED in some parts of Europe!!! That's how horrible it is for your health AND your waistline! Watch the show, "You On A Diet". It's very informative. As for exercise, there are many options but you wanna make sure you're not doing too much or too little. My advice is Curves, and I know this from personal experience. I lost 20 lbs. after college going there. Why do you think there's a Curves in just about every town? Cause it WORKS for SO many people. And the payment options are very cheap. You can even go there for free one day to try it out! Ask them questions...I could keep on going with detail but my best advice for you is to start by going there - again, ask them questions, the workers there are really helpful. and really do some research on what really is healthy eating. Also, 6 small meals a day will help you burn quicker rather than 3 big meals. This makes sense because you are constantly burning calories throughout the day and the less you eat, the more calories you will burn because you are having a smaller caloric intake with 6 SMALL meals a day, rather then 3 BIGGER ones :). Also, take a daily vitamin. It's good for you. ALL of this advice WILL help you lose weight and have a ton more energy! And believe in yourself and love yourself and know you're worth it! ONLY envision positive things! I also advise that you watch the movie, "The Secret". It will change your life, I promise. I know that sounds like a lot to say, but believe me it will. Go to www.secret.tv, and www.powerfulintentions.com and join there and go on the powerful intentions forum. They know a lot about the Law of Attraction. You can have anything you want! First of all pills are no good. Second of all, you will have to modify your eating habits, or exercise to lose weight. It is all about burning more calories than you are taking in.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Hoodia pills are really known for decreasing your appetite which seems like an easy way out cause you wouldnt normally want to eat all that you used to want but i wouldnt exactedly recomment pills besides eat healthier...no fast foods...and etc...and exercise which the best for that is walking/running/or jogging unless u wanna tone up the abdominal section which situps would work great for that as you probaly already know....the most important part is COUNT YOUR CALORIES...if you dont count or keep track of anything else the key is CALORIES.........i hope that helps

There's no pill that lets you eat the same foods in the same quantity and lose weight.

Diet pills cause you to lose your appetite and you lose weight because your calories are lower.

I'd prefer a low carb diet like Kimkins that does the same thing but way cheaper (and safer) than diet pills.

nasty side affects and no pride in what u've managed 2 do with a balanced diet.
why damage urself?
takes all the fun out of dieting.
cut out all alcohol, all meat and eat as many veggies, as u like.
simple, isn't it?
try some willpower and moderation.

pills will damage your body, the best, simplest and safest way to lose weight is to go on a low sugar, low fat diet and run as far and as often as possible. It's better if you run 1st thing before breakfast.

i dunno....is that even safe...maybe you should do it safe. Either way if you take a pill to make you lose weight...when you stop taking the pill, your body is going to gain, it all back from water weight.

doesn't work that way with pills. these can speed up yr heart rate which can be dangerous, cause kidney problems later and more. better to eat healthier and exercise . read tips on weight loss and exercise programs to help you more on this site

My suggestion would be to drink lots of water, exercise and push yourself away from the table!!! -- Go see your family physician for medication.
