I have lost 30 pounds in 8 weeks by doing 2 big things. First I started a nutrition plan that a friend of mine lost 38 pounds on then I went to a site called freetrainers.com. You enter your physical information and the site will give a free 8 week weight training routine. Mix that with the nutrition plan and you'll lose weight too. Here's the gist of the plan.....

Breakfast (5AM) - 2/3 Cup Nonfat Yogurt with blueberries and 1/3 scoop Protein powder.

Snack (9:30AM) - 1 triangle Laughing Cow Light Cheese, 1 Apple.

Lunch (11:30-Noon) - Chicken Breast and vegetables or Salad.

Snack (2:30-3:00) - 1 Triangle Laughing Cow Light Cheese, 1/3 protein bar.

Dinner- (5ish)- Steak, Pork chop, chicken breast, fish etc with Salad and vegetables.

Mix this with a lot of water & exercise and you'll lose weight.

It's suggested that you give up caffeine also.

The nice thing about this is that you never are hungry because you have the snacks.

Good luck.

I'm sure it's possible but it won't be the healthy way to do it.
You really do want to lose it slowly to be sure it stays off. It is said that losing 2-3 lbs a week is sufficient. If you stick to that goal you may lose atleast 30lbs in 4 months. Keep in mind though you may reach a plateau and it will seem like you're not losing anything for a little while.

You may not reach your total goal in 4 months but you will lose something and you'll know you have a better chance of keeping it off when you do reach your goal because you've done it right.

You can lose 60 pounds in 4 months with the right diet. I lost 160 lbs in 7 months and 198 lb in 1 year.

There's nothing wrong with losing weight quickly. The medical doctors and trainers think it's perfectly fine for contestants on The Biggest Loser to lose 8-20 pounds PER WEEK.

You will only regain the weight if you return to your old eating habits. That is true for any diet. Weight Watchers is popular, weight loss is slow, and people often regain the weight they lost.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Yeah, i assume. Or you might not hearken to what men and women say and discontinue getting persuaded by using the media and keep the way you're. I doubt your sincerely 210 pounds. Something you're persons must love you for who you aren't the way you look. I used to be a bodybuilder 17 years and received horrible joint harm from it. I only seemed powerful for a short time. Now i am ancient and all washed up. That is k. Shark repellent.

It certainly wouldn't be healthy to lose it that fast. You will put it right back on too. My husband was just at the doctor last week. He was told to lose 60 pounds, but that he should lose it in about 3 years to completely do it healthy, and have more of a possibility of keeping it off.

Doctors say it's healthy to lose between 1-2 lbs a week. I recommend going it the healthy way. Just tweak your eating habits and start exercising. I know it's cliche, but it really is the only way to do it and look great!

it would be an unhealthy task. you would probably have to stop eating food. which i wouldn't recommend. Like a fast or something? I heard those are for quick weight loss.. There are plenty of different kinds as well.
