there's always that possibility, my sister and her ex (they lived together for 3yrs). have been best friends for over 15 yrs.
my sister is happily married, her ex just became happily married. so yes it could be possibly. i personality thought is was weird.

I was married for 2 years when I was much younger and this woman and I are very close friends today. She is now remarried and I am engaged but still consider each other friends, it helps that we have a 31 year old son and two granddaughters. But even before this we were close as I needed an escort about 6 years ago for a wedding and she came along as just a friend. It's nice to grow up and remain friends.
My fiance was with her ex for 12 years and they are partners at a local business. He has a new woman in his life and she has me and we are all friendly towards one and other also.

That is possible, after you have moved on to a new relationship. The only problem is that the person that you have the new relationship with might have a problem with you being friends with someone that you loved for two years.

Sure, but it will be touch at first....I am going through the same thing with my "Mr. Right" and we slipped a couple odf weeks ago and fooled around, so let me state...it will be tough....it take time and energy....Is this person still important to you??? Then work on being friends, if not, then move on....it's all in what you want out of this...Good luck.

No. Fact is, you were at the peak of a relationship right behind marriage. To take a step back and be okay with the fact that they have moved on is too hard.

check it out, very very hard to do. ask yourself some questions. does this person know you love them? can either of you handle just being friends? is there someone else involved? are the feelings mutual? seek out your heart and you will answer this question yourself. good luck, peaceout, bilrokz

i think no. friends can be lovers but lovers cant be friends. if that person would be your "friend" it will just hurt you if ever he/she will fall for someone
