concentrate mostly on "green foods"- leafy greens, parsley, broccoli, celery, chard, kale, grasses (wheatgrass, barley grass, etc.... these are the most important.
but really all vegetables are beneficial as well as other high alkaline fruits such as: lemon, lime, tomato, avacado, grapefruit.
I would suggest a book for you to check out by DR. Robert O. Young intitled "THE PH MIRACLE"-also "THE PH MIRACLE FOR DIABETES"-

It isnt good. You are concentrate only to one part of food on your diet. After some days you begin to feel bad because your body washed all proteins etc which your body took as a reserve for bad days. Automatically, you stop this diet, because your body wants it.
The best diet is to eat everything but regulary. Have your breakfast, your lunch and your dinnener. If you are hungry between the mainmeals, eat vegetables and fruits. Leave fastfood.

It sure is! Just make sure that you eat a variety to get a well-rounded diet, and include beans and nuts to get your protein. Eat fruits and veggies that are fresh or frozen for the best health benefits, and they say to eat different colors to get different nutrients.

Several studies show that vegetarians have longer life-spans than their meat-eating counterparts. One 20-year study, conducted by Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, Calif., found that vegetarians live, on average, a full 10 to 15 years longer than meat eaters.
