She met him at a skating ring and he has already been to our house twice (that we know of) without our knowing. She also had a hickie on her neck. Need to know where we stand with the law, so we know where to go from here.

Please, relax this guy is not necessarily the devil. History is full of stories of 21 year old dating than marrying 14 year old. The position to take into consideration is
!st, the girl opinion. Is she mature enough to know what she is doing.? I know many 14 to 16 years old that are much more mature than lots of 21 years old.
2nd, talk to this young man about his intentions, try to understand what type of person he is, get as much INFORMATION ON HIM as you can.
3rd, see where you go from there.
If it turns out to be some sort of predator then you talk to your daugther ,tell her about it and call the Police.
If he's not that person , if he is really in love with her and her with him than give them a chance. But they have to follow your rules for seeing each other.
If still, you don.t approve of the relationship than you can take all the legal steps to put and end to it.
Remember, this attitude might change your relationship with your daughter for ever. Sometimes the medicine does more harm than the disease.
As I've said above, a lot depends on how mature your daughter is, and also your relating to her problem.
Don't rush anything you may ruin two persons lifes , just for falling in love. On the other hand act QUICKLY if it turns out that the young man is a predator.

Tell the police that someone is breaking and entering your house without your permission, and engaging in sexual acts with your daughter. It's stattitiory (yea I spelled that wrong) rape. She's not 18 yet. There's something wrong with a 21 year old guy that wants to be with a 14 year old. Get an Alarm system. Call the police, a lawyer, etc. and get some advice. The Church probably has some good resources as well.

You need to speak with a police officer. They can give you the ins-and-outs of SC law. If they are not having sex, or if they are and you can not prove it, then there is little that the law can do. You could probably have him arrested for trespassing if you catch him there, but that will not improve your relationship with your daughter.

You need to set her down and explain why you have a problem with it. At the age of 21, why does she think this guy is hanging out at a skating ring? Ask her to look at it from a different point of view. Ask her if she would want to hang out with a 9 year old? I wish you luck!

Find out everything you can about this guy. This might cost some bucks but it will be worth it. All laws are on the net so get looking. Tell this gut that your daughter is jail bait and if he does not want to be arrested to stay away. There are restraining orders and what not. My husband would have already shot the guy and buryed him in the backyard. Why have you not told this young boy to stay away????????????????? DUH !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Parents, you are responsible here as your daughter at 14 is to immature and underage for anything to be going on with a MAN> #! get in this guys face and tell him verbally to stay away from your child and what you will do if he does not. Threaten his job about going to his boss, his parents and the police. Make his life a living hell if he does not lay off. Ground you dumb daughter and keep a better watch on her in the future.

I usually ignore the age difference in couple because I dont think age has much to do with anything, but when we are talking about a fourteen year old...I think thats too young to be dating ANYONE let alone a 21 year old that sneaks into your house and gives your daughter hickies. Thats just sick.

And yes, there is something you can do about it. Like, call the law. It's illegal.

in kansas that dude would be going down for RAPE whether or not anything happened, thats just how kansas law is, age of consent is 16 in most states, you should go talk to the police, and if this guy doesnt go away you let the law deal with him, no 14 yr old should have any kind of relationship with a 21 year old of this manner, sorry just sounds like a dude with the tendencies of a child predator....make sure your daughter stays away from him before its too late

Tell your daughter and him they are not to be together. Call a cop if he doesn't comply. She make be at state age of consent but she is still a minor and he could get charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Be a parent.

Priscilla was 14 years old when she met Elvis.

Report HIM.No matter what SHE thinks if you disapprove it is illegal. SHE is a minor and he is old enough to be considered an ADULT. You need to approach(OR have the law) approach the Gentelman and tell him that if you ever catch him at your house or if the neighbors even SEE him at your house you will have him locked up. This Guy should have better sense, HE is up to no good and it could be bad for your Daughter.
