You have to make an effort to keep a relationship going.
Happily Ever After does not exist.
A relationship takes work, effort, communication, love, compassion, understanding, etc.

You have to start working on it. Making time for each other. Putting each other first. Take a weekend away drive a few hours and check out a bed& breakfast. Get drunk together, join a group, go dancing, so to a sex toy store and buy something to spice it all up, bungee jump, etc...
You need more "bonding" experiences. Remember the times when you had amazing "first time experiences" with this person? well that is what you are lacking right now.

love can be rekindle -get back to the basic do dome of the things that you used to do when you first met. Let him know constantly that you love hime ,do romantic things together and most of all kill him with good loving in and out of the bedroom . If that does't work then its time to move on.

i've got in no way heard that born back Christians are not waiting to be in love??? while you're in love then you definately are in love. God needs us to love. He needs us to be chuffed. i won't be able to think of He could desire you to stay aside from one yet another, face as much as your love and be depressing. that doesn't sound like God to me.

What you need to do is ask this question to her instead of complete strangers on the internet. You won't find out anything until you start talking to her.

YES YOU CAN FALL BACK IN LOVE WITH SOME ONE. I DID BUT FIRST I HAD TO LET GO AND LET GOD DO HIS WORK. PRAY FOR THE TWO OF YOU TO REKINDLE YOUR LOVE OR HELP YOU GET OVER HIM IF THAT IS BEST FOR YOU GUYS, GOD ANSWERS ALL PRAYERS IN HIS TIME.
GOOD LUCK

try to re-experience what made you fall in love in the first place. and if that doesnt work, try to sit down and talk with him. maybe that's all it'll take.
