Where I can make a complain about dentist in VA?

Hi,
My husband's dentist reject done his teeth fix because of I found out they charge from us and his insurance too. Could you tell me where should be my complain address. He is suffering with pain and they just quit.. Thanks

Try the Dental Board in your state. They will help you with the complaint you have against this dentist.
