I have tested every component in my system. Hooked it all up at two different locations with positive results and good signals. When I try to set everything up at my marina I receive no input signal from the satellite and there is wide open sky to the SW. The only thing that has not been changed is the Dish itself and I don't see how that can be a problem because it is just a reflector for the signal to bounce off of. Any suggestions on what else to try would be appreciated. Thanks

Dish is aimed correctly. Have set this unit up many times as we change our location often.

Have installed a new LNB. Also removed it and checked it's operation on another dish. LNB works fine. Cables are new purchased from WalMart and replaced in the last few days.

1. The dish itself contains the LNB (low noise block) which contains electronics that can and do fail.
2. Crimped or open cable from the dish to reciever.
If your sure about your alignment I'd try a different lnb.

Sounds like you covered most everything, the only thing I can think is with the proliferation of RF devices (marine band radios etc) in the Marina perhaps it is some sort of signal interferance.

My husband is an installer for DISH network. The dish IS a pretty important part. The dish has to be aimed at a specific angle to pick up the signal. You cant just aim it anywhere. You need to have an installer align your dish for you. I don't do that but all I hear about everynight (7 days a week) is DISH! I can name parts, tools, blah, blah, blah.....
