It is believed that Adam and Eve may have been giants, 9-12 feet tall. The atmosphere was different before the Flood, which would have caused giant animals, dinosaurs and people. The Bible says, "There were giants in the Earth in those days". There have been fossil discoveries of societies of giants. The difference in the atmosphere also filtered out the damaging rays of the sun, which cause aging. So they lived over 900 years old, and their healing would have been rapid and they would have had boundless energy, because this difference in the atmosphere would have increased the amount of oxygen their blood hemoglobin could carry. They could run for hundreds of miles without getting tired.

Adam and Eve are mythical characters, so I'm not sure what you want here. I suppose the old "they didn't have belly buttons" springs to mind, but that's applying a rational argument to a myth. They could just as easily have had belly buttons if 'god' had wanted them to in the story.

don't know, they didn't take pictures or movies of each other for us to see later on.
I think they might have been short (5 foot), dark skin, dark hair, brown eyes. But many people of today fit that bill. They had 2 arms and 2 legs, a head with hair, 2 eyes, 1 nose and 1 mouth. 10 fingers and 10 toes. organs, blood, I dont think they would be any different from us today. Why the question?

Adam & Eve were created perfectly, without the effects of sin. After the Fall, they experienced the horrid effects of their sin (including the aging/decaying of their physical bodies).
Since that time, everyone is sinful from conception (Psalm 51:5) and we experience total depravity (total, not utter). Our minds, bodies, and spirits are all contaminated by sin and we must be redeemed by Christ to regain the intimate fellowship with God that was lost in the Garden.

Well quite a bit. You see, Adam and Eve, if they existed are dead. We are alive. But they never existed, which makes them that much more different from everyone else who did and does.

I would assume that they didn't have a belly button since they were not born but created. And many more internal workings that would sustain life longer since they lived for about 930 yrs that suggests that there gene and immunity must have been excellent if not perfect.

Thumbs downs? If you believe the Bible then you must believe that Adam and Eve were perfect, at least until they sinned. Therefore Eve had perfect breasts! You can't tell me you wouldn't want to check those out!

Bigger gene pool. They were further back and carried all traits. Just like you could never breed weiner dogs and come up with a wolf, but you could breed wolves and come up with a weiner dog (because that is where they came from).
As a result, they didn't have some of the genetic based health problems.
