Oh I have one that incorporates many Buddhist teachings, I forget what it is called though. I will post the title on your 360 page when I go home this weekend. I think itis called "How to remember your dreams"...

Well, from personal experience, I do know a pretty easy way to achieve lucid dreams, although it's not terribly spiritual...

Nicotine patches... :)

Just put one on before you go to bed (whether you smoke or not). It actually mentions this as a side-effect, in the directions, if I remember correctly.
