Definitely can be the chinese food. All of that is usually fried plus onions can irritate the digestive system.
call the vet for the correct amount of pepto to give. It goes by the dogs weight. He may also suggest a day or two of a bland diet which will consist of boiled chopped meat or cottage cheese and boiled white rice. You'd give about 1 cup or a 1-1/2 cups a DAY. Small amounts all day long to total that 1 or 1-1/2 cups. This coupled with the pepto will give her belly a chance to heal.
And no more Chinese, lol.

It would be helpful to know what caused the diarrhea. If you call the vets office they can tell you what to do. My dog was having diarrhea and vomiting, they had me give her imodium. You need to call and find out what is safe for your puppy though. If she has diarrhea because of a food change, mix a little more of the old food in with the new kind and decrease the amount of the old kind gradually. With dogs you can't just switch on them, even if it's the same brand and you are just changing formulas. I find that for the diarrhea making a tea out of dill leaves and giving the dog a few teaspoons(you can add honey to make it more pleasant) helps a lot. I gave it to my dog before after he had spicy food and it stopped the diarrhea completely after 2 doses. I would give her a 1/4 a cup of dill tea twice daily(in morning and evening) for 2-3 days. If it doesn't stop or decrease by then she will need to see a vet. Remember to give her plenty of water so she doesn't get dehydrated.

Dogs can get diarrhea for all kinds of reasons. What you want to be sure of is that it is not something serious and a Vet can help you with that. I have had my dogs get diarrhea from eating something they snapped up from the ground that wasn't toxic, eating too much of a good thing or sometimes just got a little bug. I talked to my vet and he said she could take Kaopectate. Also, he recommended feeding her pumpkin pie filling. Sometimes I add a few tablespoons of cottage cheese and pumpkin pie filing to my dogs food. They love it and it is good for them. *the amount I give them is not that much in their food because they are large dogs* I would recommend you check with your vet to be sure it isn't something serious first though since you are asking. The more you get to know your dog the more you will be able to determine how to take care of her but use the professional until you do. That's what I'd advise. GL with your dog.

your puppy really needs to see the vet, until then I give my dogs BOILED ground round ( ground chuck or hamburg are not as good for your dog) boil the meat and drain it, then make some rice mix this together and give small amounts every couple of hours. however this is by no means a cure, just a way for your puppy to get some nutrition until it can be seen by the vet, something serious could be going on and really needs to be looked at, Good Luck

Let it spend some time outside and it will eat grass. The healthy green grass. It will naturally eat it and then probabley either spit up or poo it out. when that happens it seems like it they are better. My dog always feels better after this. Make sure there is no insecticides on the grass too. Then I give her a little cheese.

You can try a spoonful of Petmo Bismal, you know the pink stuff for people. It may calm her stomach down. If it doesn't stop you should take her to the vet.
