Can I just mix the dosage of creatine up with apple juice and let it sit in the fridge and drink it later so I dont have to keep making the little 8oz serving? The same question for protein shakes.

No, definately not! Creatine is unstable in liquid and breaks down into the posion Creatinine. You should get yourself a shaker cup and put the dry powders in it to take with you. Then you can fill the cup with water and shake it up right when you are ready to drink it.

Protein is a little more stable in solution and it really depends upon how high end it is. If you are doing this with a Whey Protein Isolate you are wasting the extra money you spent to get an Isolate. But if it is a cheap whey protein it is fairly stable as long as you keep it cold. They can turn bad in solution just like milk spoils if you don't keep it cold.

Again, it is easier to just take the powder dry in a shaker cup and mix the water in just when you are ready to drink it.

The creatine is hard to mix, cuz it doesnt completely dissolve like say kool aid mix. If you mix up creatine and juice and leave it in the fridge, you will notice that the powder settles in the bottom. So yeah, it sucks, but you should mix the 8oz serving everytime

What i did was buy the sunny delight sport bottles, cuz they are 10oz bottles. drink the sunny d and save the bottles, so you can just add the creatine and fill it up and shake to mix.

I would say yes on the creatine because it's just a fine powder you can shake up when it settles. But the protein shake is usually milk-based, so I would not make that up ahead of time.

No; creatine as well as protein have a limited lifetime and they should only be prepared when you are about to take it. The proteina actually "dies" if not consumed in a certain period of time.

No on the creatine and your better off mixing it with grape juice. Ypu can do it with protein powder, but you will have to remix it as it will settle.
