well #1 ur screwed #2 http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html download the FREE soft ware instll it. reboot in safe mode and run it. oh if u have a dell u have to press the power buton once for off and when it is back on press it at windows logo so that u get the safe mode promt.

Download AVG from grisoft.com. Then run it in safe mode. This means you need to continuously tap F8 as computer is booting and a menu will come. Choose Safe Mode. Find icon on AVG (they look different, lay mouse on to see which is AVG). Then double click when find it to run it.

Install McAffee, make McAAffee boot disk clean it from the DOS
