Are you sure you want to do this? My sister married her ex husband at 16. she was not emanicpated my mother signed the form knowing that she was going to get married with or without her consent. However my sister is now almost 19 and going through a divorce. thank god there were no kids in the relationship. if you two really love each other you can wait a few years too get married. have a long engagment thats hip now. Don't burn all your bridges you never know what the future will hold. good luck.

I agree with little luv... When you are in highschool you have no idea what the world holds for you. My brother has been with this girl since their freshman year in Highschool. The graduated this past may and my brother has been royally screwing up. But not just in a generic way he is screwing his life up so much that if they were to stay together he would screw her life up as well. When graduating you tend to grow up and your boyfriend may may not grow as fast or may grow in a different direction. Just be really sure before you say I do.
The Emancipation forms should be at you local court house.

I dont think you need the forms, But a teen under age needs parental permission to get married. So, I would assume you could be able to find out at the court house where you get a marriage license. Good Luck
