God gave us a spare; He is so thoughtful. If you loose a leg; you can hop on the other or use crutches. If you loose an arm; not everything is lost; you can still carry on with the help of your good arm. Just imagine loosing an eye and you will realize the importance of the second arm and a leg. God bless you my child! Just be thankful to the Lord for giving you two arms and two legs because some people don't have any! When I was a little boy, I used to cry because I didn't have nice shoes until one day when I visited a nearby hospital with my mother and saw a little boy like me who had no leg.

All vertebrates are tetrapods (creatures) with four limbs, save a few like snakes that have lost limbs. The first fish that could move about on land had four lobe shaped fins. Humans evolved for upright walking, thus, two arms, two legs.
