I got chicken wings fromt he store, they are fresh and not like wing-dings, but they are bigger. I don't know if I should put them in the slow-cooker or what? Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Best way it to defrost them, put them on a cookie sheet and put them in the oven at 400 for 30 minutes. After 30 min, take out, toss with your choice of wing sauce (Franks is what most restaurants use, but if you have a Buffalo Wild Wings near by, get the Medium sauce) and put back in oven for 20 min.

Well you could and make sweet n sour wings. However I suggest, coating them in hot sauce with some garlic powder, melted butter or margarine, a little paprika, a little rosemary and a squirt or two of spicy mustard.

Then spray a cookie sheet with Pam or cooking spray, lay the wings skin side down, spray then again, put em in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Get some blue cheese dip, carrots and celery and you got yourself the homemade version of the Anchor Bar Buffalo Chicken wings.

If you're not going to bake them, deep fry them in a frying pan in about 1/2-3/4 cooking oil.
About 5 minues or until they are golden.

Mix salt, pepper, flour. Heat oil in fry pan, Dip the chicken wings in the flour mixture, and brown all sides. Place browned pieces in slow cooker and cover with your favorite BBQ sauce (or make your own) and simmer on low (while at work). The meat will melt in your mouth (almost fall off the bone). ENJOY!

Hi Double G, the best way to cook wings is in a deep fryer (if you like them crispy like I do). And then when you take them out, you can coat them with BBQ sauce or hot sauce to add flavor.

if you want to fry them then you have to:
1. wash them
2. season them
3 cover with flour and
4. put them in a deep fryer or preheated grease at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown

if you want to bake them then:
1.wash them
2.season them
3. put into toaster oven or conventional oven for 1 or 2 hours preheated at 375 or 400 degrees or set to broil.
4 if desired put bbq sauce on them enjoy

hope this helps

I wouldn't put them in a slow cooker, I would put them in the oven for a lower fat choice or if you want you can deep fry them.

Season them, flour them, and put them in the deep fryer until you don't hear them cooking anymore.
