When you turn on your computer check out the progress bar. If it's green, you're running SP1. If it's blue, you're running SP2.

In XP if you right click on the mycomputer icon and select properties you will see the service pack listed under System: on the General Tab.

hi dear friend
if your my omputer icon on your desktop is not a shortcut just selecit and right click and view properties the service pack version is writen in there.
also u can do it from start menu my computer icon.The same operation u need to do.

Click Start, Control Panel, System its on General Tab, can do this way if My Computer not on Desktop

In your browser, click on Help>>About Internet Explorer. That tells you what version you have.
