Why would you do a silly thing like that? You are young and when you move out all the responsibility starts... You have to pay bills that take up any money that you might get, which brings me to another point: How about a job? I know from experience that you won't get a very good job at that age and especially without an unfinished highschool education. How about buying food, clothes, toothpaste, deoderant, tiolet paper, and other various everyday things that you take for granted when you are living at home.
Take it from me, I moved out when I was 18 and that was hard enough, I had to pay my own insurance on my car, had to pay my own phone, water, electricity, garbage fees, rent, taxes, and by the time that these necessties where paid for with my tiny paycheck I had just enough money to buy a couple cans of soup or spaghetti Os and then buy soap, and deoderant. And I was 18 with a completed highschool diploma and could get a decent job.
It's not going to be as easy as you think. In fact you would probably end up back home before a year was up.
So my advice is stay in school, go to college or a trade school, and get a good job and move out when you are older then 20.

In my country ,there are no rules that prevent 16 years old teenagers from moving out .However,it is really a huge mistake to leave ur parents house.Believe me u are going to suffer alot without ur parents. At least give it a couple more years or till u finish university cz u need a job to maintain urself financially.U still cant face life on ur own and u are dooming urself.Ejoy this teenaging life and do not push it.Moving out is equal to having job and making a family and being able to face life.U cannot afford such responsibilities at this age!!Goodluck by the way and becareful.

It depends upon the state. To be able to move out in many states at the age of 16, you must be emancipated from your parents through a court of law. To do so, you must be able to prove that you can provide for yourself. You may want to rethink; however. There are a lot of benefits to living at home as you prepare yourself for life in the world. In your rush to leave, you may miss out on the education and experience you need to achieve your dreams. It is hard to think about the long run at the age of 15, but you do need a plan - one that takes into account what you want 10 or even 20 years from now. I think you are only looking at the short term and ignoring the consequences.

why would you want to move out? your only 16. your parents pay for everything, they feed you, they buy your clothes. Who the h e l l is going to do that when you move out? 16 year olds can only get crappy jobs because they have no skills and no responsiblity.
How are you gonna pay bills? you know you'll have to pay 1/2 of RENT and utilities. You say your 'friend' will let you stay with her....o boy. THEN WHAT? she aint gonna take care of you and let you freeload off her. She shouldnt have to, your 16. Thats your PARENTS JOB.
wait untill your 18 and out of school before you make a huge dicision like this. I know from experiance, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

16 yrs olds is still a minor. Your mom is only concern of you! Can you manage ur own life alone with that boyfriend of yours? Even though you can, still u r minors... Whatever happens to you , specially the negative ones, your parents are still answerable by it to the law.But if you insist be ready for the consequences to come.

You can go to court and get emancipated then you can legally move out on your own. Normally, anyone under 18 cannot legally enter into a contract (rental agreement). Emancipation may change that.

you can go to court and divorce your parents, seriously...its called Emancipation. but you have to prove that your parents were abusive, neglectful, etc or the court wont grant it to you.
otherwise, no, if you move out you are a "runaway" and the police will come get you and take you home.

Not a good idea. You want to grow up that fast? Please enjoy your teenage years.Do you need a person to talk to like a councilor at school? You should be think about college not moving in with a guy! That only leads to one thing sex and babies. Do you want to be a pregnant teen mom on welfare!

No, you still arent an adult. They could call the cops and have you dragged out of your apartment. Anyways...if yer both 15 you guys wont have enough money to support yourselves.
