I was given some deer sausage. I don't know what to do with it.

Use it any way you would regular sausage, just remember that it has a bit different taste. Old recipes won't taste bad, just not the way you are used to.

Make it like any other sausage and a good idea would be to make sausage and spaghetti and you will have a great meal.

Use it like you would pork sausage. Venison tends to be a little bit "drier" (less fatty) than pork sausage, so you may have to add just a bit of oil during cooking.

I have had Antelope sausage and we used it in spaghetti -- it was FANTASTIC!!! Otherwise, try it any way you would use regular pork sausage.
