I had two cats then a few weeks ago I fed a cat that looked like it was dyiing now ten more cats have showed up at my door begging for food and they all look starving I CANT HELP IT I`M SOOO SOFT HEARTED I MUST FEED THEM! HOW CAN I MAKE THEM GO AWAY?

If you are a Pisces, which I am this will be the hardest thing you will ever do. You have to move your cats food some place where the others can not see or smell it. To get rid of the others you must stop feeding them. YOu can not have 12 cats first of think how expensive that would be and second that is illigal! So, think of it this way if they are still alive to come beg you for some then they must be getting it from somewhere. Sorry that there is not an easier way!

Don't feed them, you'll never get rid of them. Call the SPCA or your local animal shelter. Otherwise you'll end up like a friend of mine with over 30 cats and be called the crazy old cat lady. Some people have even dropped off baskets of new born kittens at her door. She can barely afford to feed herself and she's too kind hearted to turn any of them away. Not a good idea. If worse comes to worse, get a dog!

Do not make them "go away" this isnt helping them either
the best thing for them is to be taken to your local SPCA so they can try to find their rightful owners...or call the SPCA to see if anyone has reported missing a cat... seems to be that is alot of cats - possibly somebody is picking up cats from around one neighbourhood and dropping them in yours...

find a big bag of cheap but decent cat food, feed them, then like someone said take them to a shelter. But at least give them a little nurishment if they are in bad shape.

If you can afford to feed them go ahead and feed them otherwise don't put any food out for them as they will become dependant on you. They will find their own food outside. If they are too young gather them up and bring them to the SPCA

that is sad,. but you cant keep them all unless you get them all spayed or neutered. they are there because someone else didnt do that.. some one keeps dropping off cats at my house and I kept one and took him to the vet and hes all fixed up./ but if you have more then a few they are going to be unhealthy and that is saaad

I think you should feed them and then either take them to someone that you know who wants an animal or who can take care of them and then if not take them to a shelter so they can take care of them.
