Apologies on behalf of the rest of these jokers who think it is their business to tell you who you can or cant spend your life with. I would suggest getting maried first in the UK. You can find out what is required from your nearest registrar in Edinburgh there is one on Victoria street. It is very easy to get married in Scotland (but im not sure what visa he will need to enter into UK in the first place, a tourist visa should be fine though), and usually you can get married 14 days after you register. Then you will need to get him a spousal visa to stay in the UK, the best way to do this would be to apply through an agency, all non eu citizens are allowed to apply for a spousal visa by being married to a eu citizen. The best way to go about this is to go through an agency such as breytenbachs 8heir website is www.breytenbachs.co.uk or 1st contact www.1stcontact.co.uk. An agency will do it more proffesionally and there is more of a chance that the visa will be approved.

I hate having to say this, but please be very careful, as in this gentleman's part of the world attitudes to disability are very different from ours. Being disabled carries a terrible stigma, as it is commonly believed among the populace at large that it is a punishment for something in one's parents' lives if not one's own. That's part of the reason why there isn't much medical provision in these Muslim countries for people like you. The Immigration Department is well aware of this fact and this would be another reason for them to view this whole marriage arrangement with great suspicion. Have you even looked into how long you can stay out of the UK and still receive medical benefits? I believe that it has recently been reduced from six to four months. You shouldn't be asking this question on Yahoo, Julie: it is far too big an issue. Much as you love him, you know nothing about this man's background. You have no idea how you would be treated by his family in Morocco. You know nothing about the culture of his home country. Don't rush into anything which you might regret bitterly later on. Take proper advice.

To marry a guy from Morocco it doesn't take extremely as a lot because it does to marry a lady from Morocco. once you're from the u . s . and a lady marrying a guy, you purely have a bunch of papers you want to collect and take with you. a number of those papers take a lengthy time period to get to you. you want to have a reproduction of police list it really is in a good number of cases given by the FBI, and also you may locate information on their internet website for it. If i'm not flawed, you want to get: qualified beginning certificate, Police list, reproduction of divorce papers qualified, or letter pointing out you by no potential have married formerly, and some extra archives that you want reckoning on the city. The "ADUL" is purely an imam. It takes a minimum of a month to collect a number of the archives, and upon getting them you should have them qualified translated formerly you may be married. that is a expensive procedure - i won't be able to provide even a estimate because diverse parts have diverse papers and guidelines. if you're a guy marrying a lady from Morocco, you may want to favor to both be muslim, or convert to islam formerly may be married. often times, i have considered a guy signal something like a pre-nup putting forward the spouse can develop the youngsters islam if he's unwilling to rework.

It's already been said by everyone before me but I have to say it again...be careful...this bloke might be alright and if he is then marry him in Scotland. I know someone who is marrying a guy from Ghana so he will be able to come back to England as her husband, his visa has currently expired. Do it for money if you have to but don't have your heart broken doing it for love.....

Are you sure his intentions are honourable? I wouldn't trust a Morrocan and I'm also Scottish.

Immigration, through experience know these relationships don't last and thats why you need to jump through hopp after hoop to prove you are deeply in love and will live happily ever after.

I wouls say if you like Morrocan men then stay in Morroco. I am sure you can get a good Scottish guy to enjoy your life with.

I can be almost certain this Morrocan is not in Love with you. Put yourself in his shoes.

women from europeans countries should not marry non european citizens
the reason is not due to any ethnic issues but due to the fact that non europeans often marry europeans for citizenship
