Sausage Gravy:

Ingredients

* 1 lb. butter
* 3 lbs. sausage
* 3 c. flour
* 1 gal. milk
* 1 1/2 T. salt
* 1 T. pepper
* 1 T. sage

Fry sausage in butter until brown; add salt, pepper and sage. Save 3 cups milk from gallon and mix with flour. Add rest of milk to sausage and heat to just under a boil. Add milk and flour mixture; stir until thickened.

Here is a recipe for Angel Biscuits:

Dissolve 1 pkg. of yeast in 1 tblsp. of warm water
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tblsp. sugar
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup sour milk ( 1 tblsp. vinegar to milk)
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients above and add yeast. Knead, roll out, and cut with biscuit cutter or small juice glass. Put in greased pan. You may let it rise or bake immediately. Bake at 400 degree for 12 to 15 minutes.

Home made Gravy:

1lb hamburger or sausage, brown in skillet, add 2 tblsps. flour, salt and pepper. Stir around until all mixed together. Add milk and constantly stir until thickened. Make sure you turn it on medium heat until it starts to boil, then put on low until thickened.
